Top-Notch University Research Produces DIY Cord Wrangler

Well, apparently, they're buying lots and lots of 'Homies' figurines at Wal-Mart and using the empty plastic bulbs they come in to solve your cord dilemmas. I've got a iPhone and had to replace my headphones with the mic twice because the cable got damaged.
Then again if ever need to replace the iphone headphones you can always get a inexpensive replacement from here : http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.14472

it's a good method but i just don't like the idea of carrying around something extra just to wrap my headphones. we're trying to consolidate different functions into one device, not bring more things with us.

i enjoy having a firm plasticky bulge protruding from my pants as much as the next guy - but not at the expense of carrying something else with me.
